21 Receiving Support for PressbooksEDU

PressbooksEDU network managers are the front line of support and training for users within their institution when it comes to questions about using Pressbooks. However, network managers can send bug reports or complex support questions to us at our Premium Support helpdesk using the email provided for you during onboarding.

Your network may be eligible to purchase and end user support package. If purchased, Pressbooks will then take over front line support for all users on that network depending on the agreement made between Pressbooks and the institution.

Our support desk operates from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST on business days, excluding major Canadian holidays. All inquiries sent to Premium Support will generally be answered in 48 business hours.
