22 How to Access Support

PressbooksEDU network managers are the front line of support and training for users within their institution when it comes to questions about using Pressbooks. However, network managers can send bug reports or complex support questions to us at our Premium Support email, which you will receive or have received as part of your PressbooksEDU onboarding process.

Gold, Platinum, and Titanium networks can choose to purchase end user support packages for their networks. Pressbooks will then take over front line support for all users on that network.

Our support desk operates from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST on business days, excluding major Canadian holidays.
